NOT YOUR MOMMA’S STEP is so much fun and such a great workout. As the choreography progresses from the base move to the finished product, just remember you can always go back a step if you need to. You should know by now that my choreography is going to have several turns and spins; but relax and take it one twirl at a time! These routines are exciting and will move you up, down, over and all the platform in typical Patrick fashion.
